These Terms explain the rules for accessing the website, using public materials and submitting information. This website presents Empact China's services, programmes, case studies, news and recruitment information, and provides enquiry and application channels. Public pages can be browsed free of charge.
Programme descriptions, historical case studies, successful submission messages and enquiry responses are not registration confirmations, employment offers, reservations or service contracts. Specific services, dates, fees, participation conditions, cancellation and refund rules are governed by the relevant programme information and agreements lawfully confirmed by the parties.
Where a programme has a separate agreement, that agreement applies within its scope. Mandatory legal provisions always apply. Minors must obtain a guardian's consent as required by law for participation involving fees, travel, registration or other relevant civil acts.
2. Intellectual Property
Text, photographs, videos, software, designs, logos and other content on this website are protected by copyright, trademark or other rights held by us or the relevant rights holders. Partners' names and logos and content attributed to third parties remain the property of the respective rights holders.
Public display of third-party content does not mean that we can sublicense all rights in it to you. Submitting an enquiry, CV or portfolio does not transfer the intellectual property in those materials to us or authorise us to use them for public promotion.
